Everything here is written to be clear, fair and easy to understand before you book.
Your information is used to serve you, and nothing else.
What we collect
Your name, email address, mobile number and location when you send an inquiry or reserve a session. For booked clients, the discovery form also records lifestyle, preferences, goals and any details relevant to the consultation.
Information is collected through our website, inquiry and booking forms, email, payment process and consultation materials.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, manage reservations, prepare and deliver the service you requested, maintain appropriate business records and communicate with you about your consultation.
Studio news or service updates are sent only where you have chosen to receive them. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Photographs
Photographs may be taken during a consultation when useful for your analysis, recommendations or client materials.
They are not published, used in marketing or shared publicly without separate, explicit permission from you. Any consent for promotional use is requested separately and may be withdrawn for future use.
Sharing and retention
Your information is not sold. It may be processed by trusted service providers used to operate the studio, such as booking and form platforms, payment providers, email services, website hosting and secure cloud storage, only as necessary for those services.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request erasure or blocking where applicable.

What confirms an appointment, and what happens if plans change.
Your appointment is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified. Once confirmed, you will receive your discovery form, preparation instructions and appointment details.
Payment may be made through GCash, BPI, BDO or PayPal. Any third-party processing or transfer fee, where applicable, is borne by the client and will be communicated before payment.
Available within Metro Manila for an additional fee, subject to location and availability. The fee is confirmed before payment.
Appointments may be moved once with at least 7 calendar days’ notice, subject to availability. The rescheduled session should be taken within 60 days of the original appointment.
Payments are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed. With at least 7 days’ notice, you may use your one permitted reschedule. Cancellations within 7 days, second rescheduling requests and no-shows result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Late arrival may shorten the consultation. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.
If The KM Studio needs to cancel or move your appointment, you may choose another available date or receive a full refund.
You may purchase a session as a gift. The recipient must participate willingly and complete their own discovery form. Please contact the studio before payment so the booking can be arranged under their details. Once confirmed, the standard rescheduling and cancellation policies apply.
If anything is unclear before payment, contact the studio first. We want you to understand exactly what you are booking.
The scope of the work, plainly stated.
What the service is
A professional image consultation involving observation, guided comparison, analysis, interpretation and recommendation. The consultation may draw on professional color and/or personal style methodologies depending on the service booked.
Recommendations are informed possibilities rather than instructions. How you apply them ultimately remains your choice.
What it is not
The studio does not sell clothing, does not guarantee a particular outcome from a purchase, and does not offer medical, dermatological or psychological advice.
Your materials
Digital guides, lookbooks and other original materials created by The KM Studio are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Copyright in original studio-created content remains with The KM Studio. Third-party imagery, trademarks, methodologies and other referenced material remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Client materials may not be resold, commercially reproduced or redistributed as training or consultancy materials without permission.
Preparation and punctuality
Preparation requirements vary by service and are provided after your reservation is confirmed.
Please complete the required discovery form and follow the preparation instructions relevant to your consultation. Arriving prepared and on time allows the session to run as intended. Late arrival may shorten the consultation or require rescheduling in accordance with the Reservation Policy.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as The KM Studio's services evolve. The version presented to you before payment is the version that applies to that booking. Material changes affecting an existing confirmed reservation will not be applied retrospectively without notice.
